Manly Vale Public School is a small learning community in a bushland setting. The School is committed to maintaining an inclusive environment where individuals are encouraged to develop their unique talents.

This is based on the belief that all students can become self-directed learners who are environmentally and culturally aware and socially responsible. These outcomes are achieved through high expectations, thoughtful teaching and learning programs and well-developed support systems. The culture is one of continuous improvement based on the principles of shared decision-making and teamwork.

At Manly Vale Public School there is a strong commitment to literacy and numeracy. Other features of the school include an emphasis on technology, dance, gymnastics, environmental education and self-management.
